📦 Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


🚚 Shipping Coverage & Delivery Time

  • We currently ship all over the United States.

  • Estimated shipping time is 2–4 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s delivery schedule.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.


❄️ Frozen Items Policy

  • Frozen items are best for local pickup or local delivery to ensure optimal quality.

  • Frozen products shipped out of state will be packed in thermal/insulated packaging to help maintain temperature during transit.

  • Please note that frozen items shipped outside the local area may arrive partially or fully thawed due to transit time and carrier handling.

  • By placing an order that includes frozen items for out-of-state delivery, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

We are not able to guarantee frozen condition upon arrival for non-local shipments.


📍 Local Pickup & Local Delivery

  • Local pickup and local delivery options may be available for customers in our service area.

  • These options are highly recommended for frozen items.

  • Available options and instructions will be shown at checkout when applicable.


⚠️ Shipping Issues & Responsibility

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

  • If your package arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
